Peter-Adrian Altini

Peter-Adrian Altini is a South African writer based in Paris.

 

His screenplays have been optioned by ITV/Mainstreet Pictures, Brock Media and Channel 5 in the UK. His short stories have been published in the Fish anthology (2019), Iron Horse Literary Review (2021), Storgy Magazine (2021), Short.Sharp.Stories - Fluid: The Freedom to Be (2023) and Power (2025), ADDA Literary Magazine (2023). He was the winner of the Ernst van Heerden Creative Writing Award and shortlisted for the Commonwealth Short Story Prize.

 

Salt Water Pool Boy, published by Karavan Press in 2025, is his debut novel.

 

He is currently at work on his 3rd novel, a genre-bending ghost story-murder mystery-WW2 epic titled Children in the Walls.
